    What about the product features and prices?
    Each item sheet shows a comprehensive description of the product details and features. Please keep in mind that images and colors could be not exactly representative of the real ones because of the software and the monitor.

    More information about our products can be requested to our representative, by phone or E-Mail.

    Each item sheet clearly shows the product price. It can be in a currency other than Euro (our standard currency) when an automatic exchange rate is applied for your convenience. In such a case, please consider that the price is only an approximation because of fluctuating exchange rates. The grand total value of the cart will show the equivalent value in Euro, the one that will be actually charged.

    Prices are net and V.A.T. is automatically added when applicable.

    Some products can be occasionally offered "on sale" (and highlighted with a yellow "Sale" icon) and offered at a discounted price for a short period of time. When the promotion is expired, products are offered back to their original list price.


    Do the Prices include local Taxes and Customs Duties?
    VAT (Value Added Tax), where applicable, is automatically shown next to each price. If you live in a country where the VAT is not applicable, you will not pay it.

    Anyway, any local tax or Customs Duties - if any - must be cleared by you (usually on behalf of the international courier delivering the goods).


    What about placing an Order?
    In order to place an order (that is a purchase contract) for one or more items showcased in our online Outlet you must fill in and deliver an order form.

    The order form includes a summary of the items you are purchasing, the basic data of each item (including the price and the related V.A.T., if any), the available payment methods and the shipping costs.

    The order contact is ready when our online Outlet gets (via Internet) your order form.

    Before confirming and submitting your order you will be asked for reading carefully our Sales Conditions and Terms. You will be still able to go back one step and correct any possible mistake, or delete or add more items in the order form.

    Then the order will be acquired by our organization and stored in our databases. We will confirm it (usually in a short time), but we reserve the right to deny it in case of peculiar situations. In such a case we will send you an E-Mail notification and if you already paid the order, we will refund it fully.

    When confirming and submitting the order form you accept unconditionally the Sales Conditions and all the other information and remarks included in the "FAQs" section of our online Outlet. If you disagree with any terms included in the Sales Conditions or, more in general, in the FAQs section, we strongly recommend you to desist from submitting the order form.


    How can I pay the Sample(s) or the Order?
    In the bottom part of the Cart you can see the the Payment type associated to your Customer Profile . No other payment is available.

    The Order can be paid by Credit Card, Cash on Delivery (available only for a few European countries) or Bank Transfer, according to your Customer Profile. If you want to pay by Bank Transfer you can see our Bank Account Data at the bottom of the Cart.


    Can I pay by Credit Card?
    Yes, this is one of our favorite ways to collect money from our customers. You can use VISA or MASTERCARD (but not the "Electron" type) . AMERICAN EXPRESS and other cards are usually available when paying through the popular PayPal service.
    ATTENTION! If you get the "PAYPAL Pay Now" button at the end of the check out process this means you must pay by Credit Card through the PayPal Service.
    If you never used PayPal before, you must sign up (for free, quickly and safely) with PayPal. You can do this during your first payment.

    Is it safe paying by Credit Card?
    Yes, it is! We collect Credit Card payments using popular and trusted services, like PayPal, or the largest Italian Banks. All of them use state-of-the-art SSL technology to encrypt your transaction and made it as safe as possible.
    We do NOT collect or store your Credit Card data.
    Generally speaking paying by Credit Card on secure Internet sites is much safer than paying at the desk of any local store or restaurant.


    What's a "Gift Certificate"?
    It is a special Coupon you buy and send as a gift to anybody, simply by E-Mail. This is a great and friendly idea when making a gift to a special person.

    You can buy it in less than one minute and the recipient will get it shortly afterwards, being able to shop at our online Outlet at his/her earliest convenience.

    These Gift Certificates can be used only at our online Outlet and cannot be exchanged for money.

    Claiming the coupon is very easy: just enter it in the cart during the checkout process and its value will be automatically applied.


    Can I return a product bought at your online Outlet?


    What about in case of dispute?
    The Sales Conditions endorsed by this Outlet have been shaped along the rules pointed out by the Italian law about the E-Commerce regulation.

    In case of dispute our organization will try its best in order to find a mutually satisfactory solution. The use of a third party offering a dispute resolution service could be proposed by us or you and then mutually agreed.


    Shipping

    Are the Shipping Fees included in my Order?
    The Shipping Costs are NOT included in the price of each Product. They are automatically calculated, printed in the lower part of the Cart and added to the total amount of the products in your order.


    How do you ship my Order? How long does the delivery take?
    Order Requests are shipped by the Italian Mail Service (registered shipment by priority mail) or an international delivery service (for example: DHL, UPS, FedEx, or others), trying to get the lowest rates for a fast shipment.
    Delivery times depends on the carrier, the fastest the most expensive. Just like an example, registered mail to most Western Europe destination usually takes a few days, while 5-7 days are expected for most of the destinations in the US.


    Can I have my Sample(s) or Order shipped to a differen address?
    Yes! When registering with the Outlet please fill in the part of the Registration Form where you can define an alternative shipping address. This can even be your office!


    Privacy

    Why do I need to register with your Outlet?
    Registration is necessary to get all the required data for processing your order. We strongly recommend to register even when you are not placing an order now, since you will be able to receive later offers, discounts and communications from our Outlet.
    Your registration data won't be disclosed to third parties and used only in relation to your interest into our Outlet and our products.


    What about your Privacy Policy?
    Our Company is totally committed to maintaining the privacy of the personal data of all users and customers. Our Company collects information about you during the voluntary registration process to enter the Catalog, as well as from occasional E-Mail messages sent to the our staff.
    All information is safely stored and only a few qualified managers from our staff may have direct access to them.

    Additionally, we may automatically track users access to areas within our Electronic Catalog just to collect pure statistical behaviour: our ultimate goal is to enhance your experience with our E-Commerce platform.

    Users have the opportunity to change registration and demographic information previously provided: simply click the "My Account" option in the upper part of our Electronic Catalog, make the required changes and then confirm.


    What about the use of the collected information?
    Registering voluntarily to our online system or using some of its services, you will be required to provide certain personal information (example: full name, E-Mail address, company name, WEB site, etc.) and demographic information (e.g. position, business type, business interest, etc.). This information is leveraged only by our Company to deliver you occasional newsletters and E-Mail messages loaded with news and business opportunities. You may prevent our use of your personal and demographic information by "opting out" from all mailing lists maintained by our Company: simply send, at any time, a message to us with "Remove", using the submission form at the "Contact Us" section of the E-Catalog. More, our Company allows you to ask for an excerpt of your personal data stored in its archives: just send a message to ask for it (please report clearly your name, surname and E-Mail address to speed up the process), using the same form at the "Contact Us" section. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the information you enter through any E-Catalog services, including, without limitation, requests for information, products and services, items for sale and other information are directly sent to our management system. Our Company may use this information to let you know about possible products or services available through the Electronic Catalog or not that may interest you, or just for marketing or promotional purposes. As a necessary part of completing some transactions, your contact information could be shared with the other party/parties involved in business relationships arising from the E-Commerce services, in accordance with our "Terms and Conditions". In order to complete some transactions over the Electronic Catalog, you may be required to provide your credit card number, cardholder's name, expiration date, billing address and other billing information. An international service company like PayPal or an Italian Bank Service partnering with our Company will collect such information through a secure SSL-based servers and will use such data solely as a warranty of your identity and commitment to activate such possible business transaction. Our Company sometimes makes use of the collected information to assist site administrators in assessing E-Catalog use and traffic patterns, and to insure that users are in compliance with the E-Catalog "Terms and Conditions". You may opt-out of receiving such information at any time: simply send us a message with "Remove" in it (a short explanation of your decision would be very kind and appreciated, just to understand if and where we went wrong). Our Electronic Catalog may include links to other web sites ("Links"). We will not share personally identifiable information about users with the operators of such Links, but may provide them with aggregate information. Our Company is not responsible in any way for the privacy policies of the Links, does not share their contents and expressly disclaims all responsibility and liability, which may arise there from. Our Company will not disclose direct user information to any third parties other than in connection with a transaction in which you are involved. Our Company will only release information when compelled by court order, or when we believe, in our reasonable discretion, that such disclosure is warranted to cooperate with inquiries by law enforcement agencies or in emergencies where physical safety is at risk. Our Company may supplement the information provided by users with information that it may receive from third parties. By registering to our Electronic Catalog or supplying personal data through one or more of its services, all users fully understand and unambiguously consent to the collection and processing of their personal information.


    What about Cookies and Tracking?
    Our Company sometimes uses a feature of your Internet Web browser called a cookie to assign a unique identification code to your computer. Cookies are tiny files that your Web browser places on your computer hard drive. These cookies are used to allow the use of some key-functions of the Electronic Catalog. This information is used just to improve the Catalog platform and its service. Cookies cannot be used to retrieve personal information from your computer, unless you knowingly and willingly provide such information to us. Since cookies are stored in human-readable form, we do not store any other user data such as passwords, preferences, etc. in cookie files. Our Company does not read cookies from your cookie file other than those placed there through your browser's interaction with our Electronic Catalog. We strongly recommend to leave your browser support to cookies on, just to allow you to take full advantage of your E-Catalog experience. When you use the Electronic Catalog, we automatically tracks certain information about you. This information includes your domain name and IP address, your browser version, your operating system, the URL you came from (including third party URLs), the pages you visit within the Electronic Catalog, the URL to which you go upon leaving the Site (including third party URLs) and some other minor data (including duration of your visit and screen resolution). Our Company may use this unsensitive information to target marketing and business opportunities announcement to you, to monitor Site performance, utilization of features and services, traffic trends, and browser versions.


    What about Data Security?
    Our Company uses industry standard security enhanced systems and physical restrictions in order to prevent third parties access to your user information. Although we do our best efforts to maintain the privacy of your user Information, we cannot guarantee that your user information will not be intercepted by third parties illegal efforts. You provide the information at your own risk. Anyway, such a possibility remains highly unlikely. You acknowledge that you are aware of security and privacy limitations, including but not limited to: 1. the limitation of security, privacy and authentication measures and features in this system 2. that data or information on the Electronic Catalog could be subject to eavesdropping, sniffing, spoofing, forgery, spamming, "impostering", tampering, breaking passwords, harassment, fraud, electronic trespassing, hacking, nuking, system contamination (including, without limitation, viruses, worms, and Trojan horses) causing unauthorized, damaging or harmful access and/or retrieval of information and data on your computer, may be subject to other security or privacy hazards or may not reach its destination or may reach an erroneous address or recipient.


    What should I do with my Username and Password?
    Each user has direct responsibility to maintain the privacy of his/her unique Username and Password, as both will provide access to the user information you have submitted and give access to some E-Catalog services (for example: "My Orders") on your behalf. Please keep your Username and Password in a safe place and don't give it away. You should not disclose your Password to any third party. Any such disclosure or other loss of control of your Password could result in adverse consequences to you, including unauthorized transactions that bind you and disclosure of your personally identifiable information.

    Can I cancel an Order?
    Yes, if it has not been confirmed by one of our Sales Representatives yet.
    In such a case just visit the "My Orders" section in the Electronic Catalog and click the red X at the far right of your Order.

    If the red X is not visible this means the Order has been already confirmed and cannot be canceled.
